Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using CrewMonk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Verification

CrewMonk uses a tiered verification model. Employers choose the trust tier each job requires, and workers must meet the tier of a given shift before accepting it. Verification steps may include phone, identity, background check, license validation, and insurance COI upload, depending on the tier.

4. Payments

Funds are held in escrow and released upon shift completion. Instant payouts may incur a fee.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, harassment, discrimination, illegal work, or circumventing CrewMonk for off-platform payment.

6. Disputes

Disputes are resolved through CrewMonk review workflows using booking evidence and platform records.

7. Limitation of liability

CrewMonk is a platform. We are not liable for work performed off-platform or injuries not covered by platform insurance.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
